Useful bits and pieces from the supermarket

Hi all, I've been sampling endo friendly foods from the supermarket for a while and save you coming across the disgusting ones (and believe me theres some horrid ones)

There's a few companies that you cant go wrong with,

Hale and Hearty I can highly recommend they do cake mixes, stuffing, mixes and pan cake mixes.

Any gluton free pizza base mixes you can get are good avoid the ready made bases they taste like concrete.

Cauldron make some lovely tofu and it freezes really well I like the ready marinaded cubes and they keep in the freezer.

Quorn you have to be a little careful with as some contain gluton but the deli slices and the chicken style pieces are good.

Tofu sausages are good.

Swedish Glace do the most amazing dairy free ice cream.

There's also a company called dietary specials they do some lovely gluton free bread.

Tins of pulses are a must as is soya mince and lentils.

If you like chocolate muffins (who doesnt) Waitrose do some really yummy gluton free ones x
